Read the process below:

Defective item? Contact us at 0336-2253542 within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video (showing the sealed package before opening, the entire unboxing process without cuts, and the item's condition) and pictures of the defect.
We will refund your money or exchange the product, as you prefer!

Exchange Options for Pakistan Customers:

  • Online Purchases: Can be exchanged both online and in-store with proof of purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: Needs. Proper Slip Or Receipt Which Attached On packet or Parcel Which You Have. Received By Courier

Size Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • No exchanges are applicable on sale items.

  • One-time exchange only. Product must be of the same value — no cash refunds or vouchers.

  • If a discount was applied during purchase, the exchange will be at the same discounted price.

  • Product must be in unused condition, with tags intact and all additional items (e.g., belts) included.

  • The item must be odorless.

  • If conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you without exchange.

  • The full return/exchange process takes 15–20 days.

For Size Exchange in Karachi:

Contact us at 0336-2253542 mentioning your reason for exchange along with your order number.
You will receive a coupon code for in-store exchange in reply.

For Size Exchange in Other Cities of Pakistan:

Contact us at 0336-2253542 with your reason for exchange and order number.
We will provide you with our return address. Once received, send your item in the same packaging, with tags intact, and in the same condition.
Please mention your ORDER NUMBER, NAME, and CONTACT NUMBER clearly on the package.

For Size Exchange of International Orders:

If you need a different size, contact us at 0336-2253542 within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges (return & re-shipment).

  • International purchases CANNOT be exchanged in-store.
